I thought my 2-inch mattress topper was going to make things better, but I was wrong. Now, my mattress is too soft. Every morning when I wake up my lower back is killing me. Apparently I’m not getting enough lower back support which is affecting my shoulders and neck. The way that I toss and turn throughout the night. A pillow in between my legs as I lie on my side, but my head is turned one way and my lower body is turned the other and when I shift my body that’s when you can hear it. The crack, pop, then me saying ouch.
What mattress would you recommend for a side sleeper like me that’s seeking comfort, but something firmer?
